Esau Jenkins Village Apartments, Johns Island
Brought in late in the project to develop a custom lighting solution for the brick walls surrounding Esau Jenkins Village Apartments, we installed decorative silhouette path lights on custom risers to create a unique lamp-post effect. The fixtures cast distinctive patterns of light and shadow across the brick, adding both functional lighting and architectural character to the community.
Linnen Place Neighborhood Entrance, Mt. Pleasant
Custom landscape lighting for the Linnen Place neighborhood entrance in Mount Pleasant, including uplighting for the brick entrance walls, neighborhood signage, and surrounding trees, along with path lighting to illuminate portions of the roadway. The system also features color-changing capabilities, allowing the community to transform the entrance for holidays and special occasions while maintaining a classic landscape lighting design throughout the year
The Palms Ocean Front Hotel, Isle Of Palms
At The Palms Oceanfront Hotel on Isle of Palms, we used color-changing fixtures to illuminate three prominent palm trees and add an accent to the front of the building. With the property located directly on the ocean, the lighting was installed with beachfront lighting requirements in mind, including considerations for sea turtles and other coastal wildlife.
StateFarm Agency, West Ashley
This West Ashley State Farm office needed better nighttime visibility for employees entering and leaving the property. We added color-changing architectural lighting to the building for a polished look with holiday flexibility, illuminated the large live oak behind the office, and installed downlights from the tree to provide additional light across the parking area. Path lights along the walkway to the rear entrance completed the design, combining security, visibility, and curb appeal in one system.
Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar, West Ashley
String lighting had been on the owner's to-do list for a while, so he brought us in to get it done right. We installed overhead string lights across the outdoor dining patio, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests at night, along with smart controls that make the system simple for the restaurant staff to operate.
Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Holiday Party, Boone Hall Plantation-The Cotton Dock
For the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Christmas Oyster Roast at Boone Hall Plantation, we transformed the event space with extensive string lighting throughout the hall and along the waterfront dock. Additional lighting over the oyster roast area and bar helped create a warm, festive atmosphere while providing plenty of light for guests to eat, drink, and enjoy the evening.
